Warranty & Guarantee Policy

At Infinity Heating & Air, we believe in doing the job right — and standing behind our work long after we leave your home or business. This Warranty & Guarantee Policy explains the protections we offer on our services and what you can expect as a valued customer.
🔧 1-Year Workmanship Warranty (Installations)
All new HVAC system installations performed by Infinity Heating & Air include a 1-year workmanship warranty covering the labor and craftsmanship of our installation.
This warranty covers:
- Proper installation and secure connections
- Ductwork integration (where applicable)
- System functionality and basic start-up
This warranty does not cover:
- Manufacturer defects (covered under manufacturer warranty)
- Improper use, neglect, or damage after installation
- Electrical or structural issues unrelated to our work
If you experience a problem related to the installation, contact us within 12 months of the install date. We’ll assess the issue and repair or adjust at no additional labor cost, as long as the system has been reasonably maintained.
🛠️ 30-Day No-Hassle Labor Guarantee (Repairs & Service)
All repairs and routine service work come with a 30-day labor guarantee. If anything isn’t right after a service, we’ll come back and make it right — no questions asked and no extra charges within the first 30 days.
This includes:
- Follow-up adjustments
- Service callbacks for the same issue
- Minor corrections related to the original repair
🏷️ Manufacturer Warranties (Parts & Equipment)
We work with trusted HVAC brands that offer 5-year to 10-year manufacturer warranties on parts, equipment, and select components.
We’ll make sure you receive the product registration materials so that you can activate your warranty directly with the manufacturer.
Important: Most manufacturer warranties require timely registration and regular system maintenance. Infinity Heating & Air is not responsible for unregistered or expired warranties.
✅ What’s Not Covered
To be transparent, the following are not covered under any of our warranties:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Improper maintenance or failure to change filters
- Power surges, weather events, or acts of nature
- Work performed by another contractor after our installation
- Issues caused by outdated, failing, or non-compliant electrical systems
