3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments may be scheduled via phone, online request forms, or through our third-party scheduling system (Housecall Pro).
- We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- In the event of a missed appointment without notice, a fee may be charged for time reserved.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.
- For large projects or equipment installations, a deposit may be required before work begins.
5. Warranty & Guarantee
Infinity Heating & Air stands behind the work we do:
- 1-Year Workmanship Warranty on new HVAC system installations.
- 30-Day No-Hassle Labor Guarantee on all repairs.
- Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and system and are subject to their terms.
Customers are responsible for registering their equipment with the manufacturer when required to activate extended warranties.
